Our new complex needs care home, Jessop House, will open in Spring 2022 and will provide specialist nursing care for adults living with a range of complex care needs.
Construction of the home started in November 2020, by contractor Pacy and Wheatley, and is due to be completed in Spring 2022, bringing over 100 jobs to the local area in managerial, domestic, nursing, catering and caring roles.
We are also happy to support and contribute to the Community infrastructure levy of over £40,000 and we look forward to working local schools, colleges, charities and community groups, as well as sourcing local businesses for services such as window cleaning, taxi's and garden maintenance.

"Our market intelligence shows that people in Cheshire who have complex conditions are living in inappropriate hospital settings, often for over 2 years and far away from home, due to the shortage of specialist nursing homes in the area. Yardside will provide this care close to home, to enable local people who have suffered an accident, or are living with complex needs, to live close to home, regain their independence and everyday living skills, and, where possible, move back into their homes in the community."
