Exceptional care, delivered with heart
Every day, we support adults living with complex needs in homes that are supportive, inclusive, and rewarding for the people who live and work there.
As demand for complex care grows, we’re committed to continuously improving our services, adapting to the changing needs of the communities we serve, and doing what matters most: making every day better .
What drives us today
Our mission is simple: to make every day better for adults living with complex needs - and for the incredible colleagues who support them.
What we’re working towards
Adults with complex needs deserve the right care, from the right team, the first time.
Our vision is for everyone we support to live a life of dignity and meaning, connected to their loved ones, supported by care that meets their holistic needs and helps them achieve their personal goals.
A fulfilling place for everyone
Everything we do - how we care for people, work together, and create a rewarding environment - is driven by our values.
They’re not posters on a wall. They’re the heartbeat of Exemplar Health Care.
Our values are fun, integrity, responsive, success, and teamwork.
Fun - We create moments of enjoyment, because wellbeing and happiness matter.
Integrity - We do the right thing, even when it’s difficult.
Responsive - We listen carefully and act quickly, always with compassion.
Success - We strive to be outstanding, so we can keep improving and making every day better.
Teamwork - We support one another with kindness, commitment, and trust.
