We want to be the first choice for those who commission care for adults living with complex needs, and the first choice for people looking for a rewarding career in social care.
Introduced in 2019, our values are fun, integrity, responsive, success and teamwork. They highlight what’s important to us as an organisation, and guide how our people behave.
