We are holding a Recruitment Open day on Thursday 2nd May at our Woolston House Care Home in Warrington – Exemplar Health Care, Long Barn Ln, Woolston, Warrington WA1 4QB; You can pop in during the day between: 10am -4pm.

About Woolston House:
Woolston House is a specialist care service that supports people living with complex and high acuity needs. The home will have three units which specialise in supporting adults with complex mental health needs, neuro disabilities and physical disabilities.
About You:
You’ll provide person-centred care to support our service users to maximise their independence and live their best life.
· You must have experience working within Care setting
· You will provide warmth, enthusiasm and compassion when providing care
· As with all our employees, you will be expected to work within our staff values and use these at all times by being an effective communicator and being passionate about your work
· Most importantly you are motivated by helping every individual, whether colleague or service user, to realise their full potential and be treated with dignity and respect
· Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
· Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
· Sense of urgency

Expected working hours...
· Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working either mornings or night (8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am)
· Minimum hours: 24 hours per week
