Exemplar Health Care partners with fastPAYE to give colleagues access to wages before payday

Exemplar Health Care has partnered with fastPAYE to offer colleagues access to up to 50% of their already earned wages from additional hours worked, before payday.

At Exemplar Health Care, we want to say thank you for all of the extra hard work that our colleagues do and support their financial wellbeing.

fastPAYE allows colleagues to withdraw money they’ve earned through working additional hours, before pay day, which can help to avoid short term debt.

The system also offers financial tools and advice to support our colleague’s financial needs and wellbeing.

fastPAYE has financial advice and education, a benefits assessment tool, a savings calculator and a budget planner.

Following a successful pilot across six Exemplar Health Care homes, we’re excited to offer this benefit to all colleagues during Spring 2022.

“fastPAYE has worked so well for me. Being paid every four weeks is great until an unexpected crisis happens and you need cash fast. Having the option to do additional hours and withdraw that pay the following week has helped me to pay for urgent work on my car. Without this, I wouldn’t be able to get to work. fastPAYE came at a difficult time for me, and stopped me from getting into debt. For this I am truly grateful.”
