We have a fantastic opportunity for an autonomous and dynamic Personal Assistance to join our Business Support Team to be a highly effective support service to our HR Director, Chief Transformation Officer, and Chief Information Officer. 

You will undertake a variety of tasks on a daily basis to keep you motivated and challenged.  You will be based in Ferham House in Rotherham working 40 hrs per week, with core hours of 0900 until 1700 with the occasional requirement to work alternative hours between 0800 and 1730, to meet the business need.

  • Ability to maintain confidential information with utmost discretion, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Ability to manage diaries, coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal use of time whilst balancing internal and external priorities
  • Work alongside the Executive Management team to assist in managing their day to day activities and commitments
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactively identify priorities and deadlines, effectively manage competing demands to ensure key tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Flexibility and excellent time management 
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in leading and assisting with projects and initiatives
  • Events management
  • A desire to ‘make every day better’

Experience required:

  • Previous executive administration or Personal Assistance experience
  • Highly developed IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with a keen interest in developing skills further using new systems and technologies
  • Organise and prepare for meetings including gathering and circulating documents agendas and minutes
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Track record of maintaining confidentiality
  • A desire to be a team player
