Position: Estates & Facilities Coordinator
Location: Ferham House, Rotherham, S61 1AJ
Contract type: Full time, 40 hours
Rate: £26,000 per annum
This is an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing organisation as a Estates & Facilities Coordinator
In this role, you’ll be a key member of the Estates team and support with all aspects of our ongoing estates and facilities programme of works for our expanding network of homes.

About the role
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Administration of quotations
- Record keeping
- Finance approval process
- Raising of PO’s and issuing to service provider
- Booking in of works for the above
- PPM documentation management on CAFM system
- Day to day monitoring of progress on workstreams
- Providing progress reports to HOE
- Handling and processing of all invoices for payment, and subsequent queries
- Any function to support the business needs
About you

As a Estates & Facilities Coordinator with Exemplar Health Care, previous administration experience is essential, preferably across a variety of disciplines.
You’ll also:
- have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal
- be able to exercise sound judgment
- retain the highest degree of confidentiality
- demonstrate a sense of urgency while delivering fast paced results
- have solid problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative, be self-motivated is essential
- have strong analytical skills.
