Martin Vickerman is the Property and Developments Director at Exemplar Health Care. He oversees the property function which is responsible for delivering a holistic property service including maintenance, small works, compliance, major developments and portfolio management.
Martin has over thirty years’ experience working in the property sector across a range of organisations. He’s a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Prior to joining Exemplar Health Care in 2022, Martin held senior leadership roles with Lookers Plc, Terrace Hill Plc, Reg Vardy Plc, The Cooperative and GVA.
Martin is committed to delivering client friendly services that proactively manage the portfolio, and continuing to deliver exciting new projects on time and within budget.
