Earlier this week, the Deputy Lord Mayor of Bradford visited our new £5 million care home, Wykewood, to mark its official opening.
During the event, the ribbon was cut by the Deputy Lord Mayor of Bradford, Councillor Beverley Mullaney.
They were also accompanied by senior Exemplar Health Care executives, residents and commissioners.
During her visit to the new care home, the Deputy Lord Mayor met Wykewood’s service users, toured around the new home, and spoke with the home's care team.
The Deputy Lord Mayor of Bradford, Beverley Mullaney, said: “I am delighted to have been invited to the home and to take part in this opening.
“The team at Wykewood gave me a tour of the home and showed me how each room is tailored and personalised to each resident’s needs.
"It's great to see so many locals working together to provide quality care for the people at Wykewood.”
