Collaborative expertise, exceptional outcomes
Complex care requires a team of experts working together with one common goal: to improve quality of life.
Whatever an individuals’ journey may be, our highly trained, nurse-led teams are there to guide them every step of the way.

Recruitment, induction, and training FAQs
How is your induction different from other care providers, given that you're a complex care provider?
Our induction process is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of the people we support.
Unlike many care providers, we offer a two day face-to-face training to ensure that new colleagues receive hands-on, interactive learning right from the start.
We also provide role-essential training, which is tailored to the specific needs of each home. This training is based on a learning needs analysis that takes into account the care and health needs of the individuals living in that particular home, ensuring the training is both relevant and personalised.
Additionally, we offer buddy support for up to four weeks, allowing new colleagues to receive guidance and support from an experienced team member, helping them settle into their role and build confidence in delivering high-quality care.
This comprehensive approach ensures colleagues are well-prepared to meet the complex needs of those we support.
Do you pay colleagues for training time?
Yes, colleagues are paid for their time during induction and training sessions.
Do you have colleagues on zero-hour contracts?
No, we do not use zero-hour contracts.
