Introducing Tyne Grange, Exemplar Health Care’s first Newcastle care home

Exemplar Health Care’s newest complex needs care home, Tyne Grange, will open this summer in Newcastle - making the new care home our very first in the North East!

Tyne Grange will support 22 adults who live with complex mental and physical health conditions, including neuro-disability and acquired brain injuries.

Conveniently located on Grainger Park Road, Tyne Grange is near Newcastle city centre, and has handy transport links and amenities nearby.

High-quality

Every bedroom will have an en-suite wet room. There will be two one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor to support more independent living.

Tyne Grange will also have high-quality communal spaces, including landscaped gardens, for service users and visitors to enjoy.
