Located in Leigh, Greater Manchester, Lakeview is a purpose built care home for 30 people. Three 10-bed units provide specialist nursing care and support to individuals with complex dementia, mental ill-health, Huntington’s disease and other neuro-disabilities.
On each floor there is a beautiful, spacious lounge and an open plan dining room with coffee area, available to all service users, families and friends. Landscaped gardens are accessible for all and further outside space is available on the first floor where a large glass-walled balcony provides tranquil views out over the lake, perfect for relaxing during the warmer months.
Lakeview also features an additional community space for activities and entertaining, separate to the main home. The Hub, complete with a small kitchen area, can be used by service users, relatives and family for socialising, parties and events.
I am very happy here as we play lots of games and the food is lovely. I am feeling very happy and content. All of the team are really nice and it’s a lovely place to be.
