With this small group living, we’re able to provide a homely and supportive environment that’s more responsive to individual needs.
The home has communal dining and living spaces, an activities hub, therapy room and a large accessible garden.

Sapphire Unit
Has a primary mental health diagnosis or complex mental health needs arising from a brain injury
Has secondary diagnoses or co-morbidities including physical health conditions, requiring a holistic, integrated approach
May present with behaviours of concern
Wants to maintain or advance functionality, with a focus on progression and occupational engagement
Prefers a calm, low sensory environment, beneficial for people sensitive to sensory overload, helping to reduce agitation, anxiety, and confusion
Requires care focused on community engagement, meaningful occupations, and life skills development
With a strong emphasis on progression and occupational engagement, we focus on achieving meaningful outcomes that support individuals on their pathway toward independent living in the community.
Emerald Unit
Is transitioning from locked rehabilitation/low secure settings, requiring a rehabilitation-focused environment on their journey to supported living
Has a primary mental health diagnosis
Displays behaviours of concern
Is a younger working-age adult
Requires a rehabilitation-focused environment that fosters positive mental health and continuous progress, enabling gradual reintegration into the community in a safe and structured way
Requires personalised, recovery-oriented care, focused on community engagement, meaningful activity, and essential life skills development to support long-term recovery and independence
The unit features an activities of daily living (ADL) kitchen, empowering people to work towards greater independence and autonomy.
With a strong emphasis on progression and occupational engagement, we focus on helping individuals achieve greater independence as they transition toward supported living.
Ruby Unit
Has a primary dementia diagnosis
Has one or more secondary mental or physical health diagnoses, that present needs beyond the scope of mainstream care providers
Displays behaviours of concern
May have limited mobility requiring specialist aids and equipment to support daily living needs
May have experienced one or more failed placements, and requires stability, consistency, and person-centred interventions to meet evolving needs
Requires advanced care planning, as well as palliative and end-of-life care to ensure dignity and comfort
The environment on Ruby Unit iss thoughtfully designed in line with the University of Stirling’s ‘Environments for Ageing and Dementia Design Assessment Tool (EADDAT),’ creating a space that promotes comfort, independence, and overall wellbeing.

Copperfields is a short drive from the M621 and other major roads including the M1, A61 and A63.
From the M1, take junction 45 onto the A63/Pontefract Lane.
After the Toolstation shop turn right, and follow the road past East Leeds Cricket Club.
At the roundabout, turn left and Copperfields is on your right.
There are limited parking spaces in the home’s car park. Street parking is available along Cross Green Lane.
