Has complex mental health needs arising from a mental health or neurological diagnosis, such as brain injury, dementia, Huntington’s disease, paranoid schizophrenia, personality disorder, and stroke

May have a forensic background, but risk-related behaviours have reduced or ceased over time
May have co-occurring health needs such as diabetes and dysphagia
May require care for clinical interventions such as catheters, PEGs, and stomas

Has complex mental and physical health needs arising from a primary mental health or neurological diagnosis, such as brain injury, Huntington’s disease, bipolar disorders, and stroke
Displays behaviours of concern
Has complex physical health needs that require a high level of nursing input, observation, and monitoring
May have co-occurring health needs such as diabetes, dysphagia, and epilepsy
May require care for clinical interventions such as catheters, enteral feeding, Hickman lines, stomas, tracheostomies, and ventilators
May have limited mobility, requiring regular repositioning, skin integrity checks, and ongoing monitoring
May have a respiratory condition, requiring oxygen or ventilation
May have a history of substance use disorder

There are limited parking spaces in the home’s car park. Street parking is available along Hollywell Avenue.
