With this small group living, we’re able to provide a homely and supportive environment that’s more responsive to individual needs.
The home has communal dining and living spaces, a cinema room, a sensory room, a games area, and a large accessible garden.
We offer a variety of accessible baths and showers for a range of mobility needs.

Doves Unit
Has complex physical health needs that require a high level of nursing input, observation, and monitoring
May have a primary spinal injury or neurological diagnosis, such as brain injury, MS, or MND
May have a respiratory condition, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, occupational lung diseases, and pulmonary hypertension
Requires care for clinical interventions such as catheters, Hickman lines, PEGs, stomas, tracheostomies, and ventilators
May have dysphagia and/or require a modified or specialist diet
Has co-occurring mental health needs
May display reluctance towards care
Prefers living in an active and sociable environment
Has moved from hospital or another care provider who can no longer meeting their needs
Robins Unit (male-only unit)
Has complex mental health needs arising from a mental health or neurological diagnosis, such as acquired brain injury, dementia including Korsakoff’s syndrome, schizophrenia, and psychosis
Requires a male-only environment
Displays significant behaviours of concern
May require Section 117 aftercare following discharge from hospital
May have a history of substance use disorder
Requires care focused on stabilisation, to reduce symptoms, minimise risk, and enhance daily functioning
May require regular or constant observation, often decreasing over time

Eastlands is a short drive from the A38 and other major roads including the A60 and A617.
If you're travelling north on the A38, turn left onto Coxmoor Road.
Continue on the Coxmoor Road, then turn left onto Kingfisher Way.
Eastlands is on your right.
There are parking spaces at the rear of the home.
