Scotia Heights has 60 bedrooms, each with an en-suite, across six units.
With this small group living, we’re able to provide a homely, and supportive environment that’s more responsive to individual needs.
The home has communal dining and living spaces, an activities hub, a therapy room, a sensory room, the Six Town Taverns pub, and a large accessible garden.
We offer a variety of accessible baths and showers for a range of mobility needs.

Aynsley Unit
Aynsley Unit supports ten adults living with complex mental health conditions who may display behaviours of concern. Our skilled team uses evidence based approaches to foster stability, enhance quality of life, and promote emotional wellbeing.
Bridgewater Unit
Bridgewater Unit supports ten adults living with complex mental health conditions who may display behaviours of concern. People on Bridgewater benefit from a structured, therapeutic environment that fosters stability, predictability and tailored support, with a focus on promoting mental health recovery and resilience.
Doulton Unit
Doulton Unit supports ten adults with one or more complex physical health conditions. Care on Doulton focuses on empowering individuals to lead as independent a life as possible through life skills development and personal goal setting.
Moorcroft Unit
Moorcroft Unit supports ten adults living with one or more complex physical health conditions that require significant nursing care. Our team is trained to provide in-house tracheostomy management, including airway suctioning and 28-day tube changes. We take a holistic approach to care, focusing on each person’s overall wellbeing, not just their medical needs.
Portmeirion Unit
Portmeirion Unit supports ten adults with one or more complex physical health conditions, that significantly impact their health, wellbeing and daily living. Through tailored care plans and access to advanced therapies, we aim to improve mobility, manage symptoms effectively, and enhance overall quality of life.
Spode Unit
Spode Unit supports ten adults living with complex needs arising from dementia, often with a secondary mental health diagnosis and/or presenting with behaviours of concern. Spode provides a calm, supportive environment designed to reduce anxiety, enhance cognitive function, promote emotional wellbeing, and maximise quality of life.

Directions to Scotia Heights
Scotia Heights is a short drive from the M6 and other major roads including Barthomley Interchange and A500.
If you're travelling south on the M6, at junction 16 take the A500 exit to Newcastle-under-Lyme/Stoke-on-Trent (North)/Crewe/Nantwich.
If you're travelling north on the M6, at junction 15 take the A500 exit to Stoke-on-Trent/Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Scotia Heights is on Scotia Road, in between ASDA and Lidl.
There are limited parking spaces in the home’s car park. Street parking is available along Scotia Road.

The home is a short walk from several bus stops.

There are two train stations in the area.
