Complex care at Parkside
As a specialist care home, Parkside has an excellent track record of supporting adults whose placements have previously failed. Our high staffing levels allow us to build trust and work at the pace of the individual, which leads to improved person-centred and longer-term outcomes.
Many of the people we support at Parkside are deemed to display behaviours that are ‘too complex’ for mainstream nursing and care providers.
For many of our service users, we’re successful in achieving a significant reduction in behaviours of concern and use of observations within 12 weeks of stay.
