Telford Unit
Has complex mental health needs arising from a mental health or neurological diagnosis such as Huntington’s disease (early to mid-stage) or acquired brain injury
Has co-occurring physical health needs
Displays behaviours of concern
Is at high risk of falls, requiring enhanced care planning, risk assessments, and falls prevention strategies
Requires care focused on meaningful occupation, emotional wellbeing, and maintaining function
Bridley Unit
Has a primary neurological diagnosis such as Huntington’s disease (later stage) or dementia
Presents with predominant physical health needs that require a high level of nursing input, observation, and monitoring
May have a bladder and/or bowel condition
May have dysphagia, require a modified diet, and/or be at risk of malnutrition
Has limited mobility, requiring regular repositioning, skin integrity checks, and ongoing monitoring
May experience high levels of pain, requiring complex pain management regimes
Presents with one or more communication related conditions or disorders, which makes communication difficult
May display behaviours of concern
May have co-occurring mental health needs
Requires palliative or end-of-life care, now or in the near future
Requires care focused on quality of life, comfort, and stability

Bridgewood Mews is a short drive from the M5 and other major roads including the A41 Black Country New Road and A4123 Birmingham New Road.
If you're travelling south on the M6, take the exit onto The Keyway/A454.
If you're travelling north on the M5, take junction 2 towards Oldbury A4034.
Bridgewood Mews is on Bridge Road, off Toll End Road.
There are limited parking spaces in the home’s car park. Street parking is available along Bridgewood Mews and further along Bourne Avenue.
