Requires a male-only environment
Presents with predominant mental health and behavioural needs, arising from a mental health or neurological diagnosis including brain injury
May have co-occurring physical health conditions such as diabetes and epilepsy
Requires care focused on progression and occupational engagement
James Brindley Unit
Requires a rehabilitation-focused environment after moving out of a low secure setting
Is a younger working age adult
Has complex mental health needs arising from a mental health or neurological diagnosis, such as acquired brain injury and early onset dementia
Has co-occurring physical health needs
Displays behaviours of concern
Bournville Unit
Has multiple physical disabilities and/or physical health needs arising from a primary spinal injury or neurological diagnosis, such as Huntington’s disease, MS, or MND
Has co-occurring mental health needs
Requires care for clinical interventions such as PEGs, oxygen, tracheostomies, and ventilation
May have a bladder and/or bowel condition, diabetes, and/or epilepsy
May have limited mobility, requiring regular repositioning, skin integrity checks, and ongoing monitoring
May have a respiratory condition
May require care for obesity

Blackmoor is a short drive from the M6, M42 and other major roads.
If you're travelling south on the M6, take the A446 exit towards Coventry (South)/Coventry (West)/Birmingham Airport.
Follow Coleshill Road then turn right onto Station Road.
Continue on Station Road and take St Giles Road to Blackmoor Croft. Turn left onto Blackmoor Croft.
There are limited parking spaces in the home’s car park. Street parking is available along Blackmoor Croft.
