Has multiple physical disabilities and/or physical health needs arising from a primary spinal injury or neurological diagnosis, such as Huntington’s disease, MS, or MND

May have a bladder and/or bowel condition, diabetes, and/or epilepsy

Blackmoor is a short drive from the M6, M42 and other major roads.
If you're travelling south on the M6, take the A446 exit towards Coventry (South)/Coventry (West)/Birmingham Airport.
Follow Coleshill Road then turn right onto Station Road.
Continue on Station Road and take St Giles Road to Blackmoor Croft. Turn left onto Blackmoor Croft.
There are limited parking spaces in the home’s car park. Street parking is available along Blackmoor Croft.
