Our care
Many of the people we support have co-occurring mental and physical health needs, including modified diets or PEG feeding, which we support as part of a joined-up, multidisciplinary approach.
Our team includes both General and Mental Health Nurses, allowing us to deliver integrated care that goes beyond what's available in mainstream or condition-specific services.
