Contract type: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Rate: £30,772
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and work as part of an established team.
Join us as a Legal Secretary into our already established Legal Team in Sheffield This role will have responsibility for providing administrative and secretarial support to the legal department.

About the role
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
providing administrative and secretarial support to the legal department.
maintaining legal files
coordination of the contract approval/signature process
assisting the Legal Director with project work
About you
Above all, you’re someone who identifies with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork.
You’ll also have:
secretarial experience in a legal office
An adaptable attitude and be able to “hit the ground running”
good organisation skills and the ability to manage/prioritise workload
strong admin and office experience
good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
great communication skills both verbal and written
self-motivation and a willingness to learn something new.
This role would suit someone with experience in a Legal Secretary role.
