Has complex mental health needs arising from a primary brain injury or mental health diagnosis, including paranoid schizophrenia or manic depression
Is an older working-age adult (45+)
Displays behaviours of concern, including disinhibited and sexualised behaviour
May require planned restrictive practices within a positive behaviour support framework, reducing as behaviours stabilise
May have cognitive impairment affecting memory, judgement, and awareness of risk
May present with increased clinical and safety risks requiring enhanced observation and structured risk management
Requires a high level of clinical nursing input and observation to monitor for deterioration or relapse
May have a forensic background, with risk-related behaviours reduced or ceased, and may remain subject to legal restrictions
May have a history of alcohol or other substance misuse
May be moving from a hospital, secure, or prison setting
Requires structured support focused on meaningful occupation and skill development
Requires a community-based placement focused on stabilisation, risk reduction, and developing independence, with the potential to step down to a lower-acuity or less restrictive environment as needs stabilise

Is a working-age adult (35+)
Displays behaviours of concern, including disinhibited and sexualised behaviour
May require planned restrictive practices within a positive behaviour support framework, reducing as behaviours stabilise
May have a forensic background, with risk-related behaviours reduced or ceased, and may remain subject to legal restrictions
May have co-occurring physical health needs, including diabetes (stable or unstable), dysphagia, epilepsy, or spinal cord compression
May require nursing and clinical interventions, including catheter and stoma care, central venous access management, and enteral feeding
Has limited mobility requiring regular assistance
May be moving from a hospital or secure setting

Neville Court is situated on Neville Avenue, about half way down the road before you reach the roundabout.
There are limited parking spaces in the home’s car park. Street parking is available along Neville Avenue.
