Complex care at Neville Court

As a specialist care home, Neville Court has an excellent track record of supporting adults whose placements have previously failed. Our high staffing levels allow us to build trust and work at the pace of the individual, which leads to improved person-centred and longer-term outcomes.

Many of the people we support at Neville Court are deemed to display behaviours that are ‘too complex’ for mainstream nursing and care providers.

For many of our service users, we’re successful in achieving a significant reduction in behaviours of concern and use of observations within 12 weeks of stay.

About our care

In 2019, Terry was referred to Neville Court by his Social Worker, who was concerned about his dangerous hoarding and ability to take care of his own basic care needs. Since moving into the OneCare service at Neville Court, Terry has progressed significantly and is now thriving in his abilities to take care of his own personal care and hygiene, as well as everyday living skills such as cooking and budgeting.
