During the inspection, comments from service users and relatives included "I feel very safe and they are lovely people" and "I think my husband is very safe living at the home and appears to be well looked after."

The report also commended the service for its leadership, management and governance.

During the inspection, the home showed how service users, relatives and staff were involved in how it was run, and that it used feedback to make improvements.

We’re proud to run a number of initiatives to support service user and colleague engagement, including annual surveys, Service User Ambassadors and regular meetings.
