Their international centre for knowledge exchange - the Dementia Services Development Centre (DSDC) - is recognised worldwide as a leader in the field of dementia design.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;At Springfield Vale, we’re implementing their evidence-based environmental design principles to offer a non-pharmacological approach to support responsive behaviours associated with dementia.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Springfield Vale&lt;/strong&gt; will offer a caring environment where people receive the support they need, close to their loved ones.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The home will feature 33 en-suite bedrooms, across three units.
