Their international centre for knowledge exchange - the Dementia Services Development Centre (DSDC) - is recognised worldwide as a leader in the field of dementia design.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;At Springfield Vale, we’re implementing their evidence-based environmental design principles to offer a non-pharmacological approach to support responsive behaviours associated with dementia.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About the role&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This is a highly skilled nursing role where you’ll be accountable and responsible for supporting people’s holistic needs.
