&lt;li&gt;assessing, planning and providing person-centred&lt;strong&gt; nursing&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;care&lt;/strong&gt; for the people we support&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;the safe administration of &lt;strong&gt;medication&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;promoting &lt;strong&gt;health and wellbeing&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;being the &lt;strong&gt;Nurse in Charge&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;of a small unit whilst on shift&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
