&lt;p&gt;Our&amp;nbsp;Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring that the fabrics, fittings, fixtures and equipment in the home are in good condition.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;general maintenance&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;decorating&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;gardening&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;plumbing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;tiling&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;carrying out regular risk assessments, audits and checks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;li&gt;someone with digital skills and an understanding of how IT works&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;a team player&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;kind, caring and understanding.&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;Must hold a full, valid UK driving licence, as driving the home&#039;s vehicles will form part of the role and must be over the age of 25 (for insurance purposes).&lt;/li&gt;
