&lt;p&gt;Our&amp;nbsp;Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring that the fabrics, fittings, fixtures and equipment in the home are in good condition.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;decorating&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;gardening&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;plumbing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;tiling&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;coordinating external contractors&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;carrying out regular risk assessments, audits and checks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;You&amp;rsquo;ll put our people at the heart of everything you do &amp;ndash; whether that&amp;rsquo;s painting bedrooms, building planters in the garden or putting pictures on people&amp;rsquo;s walls. &lt;li&gt;a great communicator, both verbally and in writing&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;someone with digital skills and an understanding of how IT works&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;a team player&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;kind, caring and understanding.&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;To apply for this role, it may be helpful if you have, or are willing to work towards, a 18th-edition Electrical Certificate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
