The home’s Roman Unit is exclusively for those who are assigned male at birth.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As well as stable and secure employment opportunities, we offer great benefits and perks, and plenty of opportunities to learn, develop and progress.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About the role&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;Our&amp;nbsp;Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring that the fabrics, fittings, fixtures and equipment in the home are in good condition.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;decorating&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;gardening&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;plumbing&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;tiling&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;coordinating external contractors&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;carrying out regular risk assessments, audits and checks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;You’ll put our people at the heart of everything you do – whether that’s painting bedrooms, building planters in the garden or putting pictures on people’s walls.
