&lt;ul&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;general maintenance&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;decorating&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;gardening&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;plumbing&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;tiling&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;carrying out regular risk assessments, audits and checks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt;
