&lt;p&gt;As a Cook/Housekeeper, your role will be varied! When cooking, your responsibilities will include:&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;preparing,&amp;nbsp;cooking and serving food&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;understanding people&amp;rsquo;s needs, likes and choices to develop suitable menus&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;&lt;!--[endif]--&gt;interacting with the people we support to get&amp;nbsp;feedback on meals&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;&lt;!--[endif]--&gt;complying with&amp;nbsp;food hygiene standards&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;&lt;!--[endif]--&gt;completing relevant&amp;nbsp;checks and maintaining records&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;&lt;!--[endif]--&gt;being a great&amp;nbsp;team player.&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;When it comes to housekeeping, you&amp;rsquo;ll be responsible for:&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;carrying out all daily and weekly&amp;nbsp;cleaning routines, as well as ad-hoc duties&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;cleaning and tidying designated areas around the home including&amp;nbsp; bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, kitchens and offices&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;&lt;!--[endif]--&gt;cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, polishing and vacuuming&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;&lt;!--[endif]--&gt;supporting with&amp;nbsp;washing and drying laundry, as required&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;reporting breakages, damage, defects and hazards.&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;If you haven&amp;rsquo;t worked in the care sector before, we&amp;rsquo;ll help you feel right at home from the start with our induction, buddy, and ongoing training programmes.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
