You’ll have the chance to really make your mark.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Join us as our Head Housekeeper at Greenacre Park&amp;nbsp;care home in Leicester.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About Exemplar Health Care&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;Greenacre Park is part of Exemplar Health Care, one of the country’s leading nursing care providers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We support adults living with complex mental health needs, dementia, neuro-disabilities including brain injuries and strokes, Huntington’s disease and Parkinson’s disease, and physical disabilities including spinal injuries.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As well as stable and secure employment opportunities, we offer great benefits and perks, and plenty of opportunities to learn, develop and progress.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About the role&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;Our&amp;nbsp;Head Housekeeper plays a key role in leading all the daily and weekly cleaning routines of their Housekeeping Team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;carrying out&lt;/strong&gt; cleaning schedules with your team, including dusting, mopping, polishing and vacuuming&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;overseeing&lt;/strong&gt; your team’s cleaning of all areas, including residents’ rooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, kitchens and offices&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;building&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;trust and promoting choice, dignity and independence.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;You’ll put our people at the heart of everything you do – whether that’s hoovering our residents’ bedrooms or polishing their photo frames.
