No two days are the same, but your key responsibilities will include:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;managing the end-to-end payroll process using our external systems and portals&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;inputting data into the payroll system and conducting thorough audit checks&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;conducting reconciliation and variance audit checks each pay period&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;managing payroll outputs for validation and sign-off&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;marrying out duties around auto enrolment and salary sacrifice pension schemes, including importing contributions to our pension provider&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;reconciling monthly and withheld pension contributions&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;overseeing the Payroll Team inbox and escalating enquiries as appropriate&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;processing manual calculations and supplementary payments&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;carrying out end of year processing, including submitting RTI to HMRC and issuing P60s&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;ensuring all data is managed in line with GDPR regulations&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;supporting the team with ad-hoc payroll tasks.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About you&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Above all, you’re someone who identifies with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You’ll also have:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;two years’ relevant end to end experience&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;strong communication skills&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;good IT/Microsoft Office skills&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;a good understanding of multi-location payroll functions&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;CIPP payroll qualification Level 3/Technician Certificate (preferred but not essential).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What we offer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We offer great rewards and perks including:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;excellent supervision, peer support, learning opportunities and career prospects&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;retail and lifestyle discounts&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;free DBS check&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;24/7 counselling and support&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;25 days annual leave&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Blue Light Card eligibility.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;How to apply&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Sound good?
