&lt;li&gt;providing strong leadership to &lt;strong&gt;maintain high standards&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;drive continuous improvement&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;overseeing and &lt;strong&gt;managing all clinical elements&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;and risks&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;ensuring compliance with our &lt;strong&gt;clinical governance&lt;/strong&gt; framework, regulatory requirements and CQC standards&lt;/li&gt;
