&lt;li&gt;enabling people to access their &lt;strong&gt;hobbies and interests&lt;/strong&gt; and be part of their &lt;strong&gt;local community&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;supporting people with their &lt;strong&gt;personal care&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;assisting people at &lt;strong&gt;meal times&lt;/strong&gt; by promoting choice and involvement in all aspects of meal preparation&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;promoting choice, &lt;strong&gt;dignity&lt;/strong&gt;, independence and respect&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;leading, motivating and &lt;strong&gt;supporting a team&lt;/strong&gt; of care colleagues&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;ensuring that &lt;strong&gt;care documentation&lt;/strong&gt; is completed to a high standard.&lt;/li&gt;
