&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Are you someone with great administrative and office management skills, and an eye for detail? As Office Manager, you&amp;rsquo;ll provide administrative support to ensure our home runs smoothly for everyone.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;You&amp;rsquo;ll play a key role in managing the efficiency of the office, helping our care team focus on providing the best possible care to the people we support.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;About the role&lt;/h2&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;Our Office Managers provide administrative support, including drafting letters, maintaining financial records, managing filing systems and organising appointments.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;maintaining accurate&amp;nbsp;financial records and our purchase ordering/sales ledger system&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;effective management of&amp;nbsp;budgetary controls&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;completing&amp;nbsp;staff records, including attendance and holiday records&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;processing&amp;nbsp;payroll information&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;being the first&amp;nbsp;point of contact for colleagues, the people we support and our visitors&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;overseeing the home&amp;rsquo;s&amp;nbsp;general enquiries&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;promoting choice, dignity and independence.&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;li&gt;experience of working in administration or office management&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;efficient data processing skills&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;keen attention to detail&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;the ability to work to deadline&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;an approachable and friendly personality&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;excellent written and verbal communication skills&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;good working IT knowledge and digital skills.&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;To apply for this role, you&amp;rsquo;ll need a relevant qualification, such as Information Technology or Business Administration at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;If you haven&amp;rsquo;t worked in the care sector before, we&amp;rsquo;ll help you feel right at home from the start with our induction, buddy, and ongoing training programmes.&lt;/p&gt;
