&lt;p&gt;Our Office Managers&amp;nbsp;provide administrative support, including drafting letters, maintaining financial records, managing filing systems and organising appointments.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;maintaining accurate &lt;strong&gt;financial records&lt;/strong&gt; and our purchase ordering/sales ledger system&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;effective management of &lt;strong&gt;budgetary controls &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;completing &lt;strong&gt;staff records&lt;/strong&gt;, including attendance and holiday records&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;processing &lt;strong&gt;payroll&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;information&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;being the first &lt;strong&gt;point of contact&lt;/strong&gt; for colleagues, the people we support and our visitors&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;overseeing the home&amp;rsquo;s &lt;strong&gt;general enquiries &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;promoting choice, &lt;strong&gt;dignity&lt;/strong&gt; and independence.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;experience of working in administration or office management&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;efficient data processing skills&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;keen attention to detail&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;the ability to work to deadline&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;an approachable and friendly personality&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;excellent written and verbal communication skills&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;good working IT knowledge and digital skills.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;To apply for this role, you&amp;rsquo;ll need a relevant qualification, such as Information Technology or Business Administration at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;If you haven&amp;rsquo;t worked in the care sector before, we&amp;rsquo;ll help you feel right at home from the start with our induction, buddy, and ongoing training programmes.&lt;/p&gt;
