Our trained team provides high acuity, nurse-led care services, particularly for individuals with secondary diagnoses, co-morbidities or those who’ve experienced previous failed placements.

Wytham Lodge has 34 bedrooms, each with an en-suite, across three units.
With this small group living, we’re able to provide a homely and supportive environment that’s more responsive to individual needs.
The home has communal dining and living spaces, an activities hub, beauty salon, multi-faith room, therapy room, visitors suite and an accessible garden.
We offer a variety of accessible baths and showers for a range of mobility needs.
Wytham Lodge is near local amenities and transport links, helping people stay connected to the community.
Wellington Unit
Has complex mental health needs arising from a primary diagnosis such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or recurrent major depressive disorder, or from a neurological condition such brain injury or early onset dementia
Displays behaviours of concern, including disinhibited and sexualised behaviour
Requires a male-only environment to support safe management of risk and behaviour
May have a forensic background, with risk-related behaviours reduced or ceased
May have a history of alcohol or other substance misuse
May present with increased clinical and safety risks requiring enhanced observation and structured risk management
Is independently mobile and physically active
Can live in an active, sociable environment, where shared spaces and regular interaction with others are part of everyday life
May be moving from a hospital, secure setting, or another care setting where the placement is unable to meet their needs
Requires care focused on long-term mental health stabilisation, therapeutic engagement, and recovery-oriented support, including structured daily living support, relapse prevention, medication management, and the gradual development of independence and community integration
Jubilee Unit
Has a primary neurological diagnosis, including brain injury, dementia, motor neurone disease, Parkinson’s disease, or stroke
Has complex mental and physical health needs requiring a high level of clinical nursing input and monitoring
May have a secondary mental health diagnosis with associated behaviours of concern
May have co-occurring physical health needs, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes, dysphagia, or epilepsy
May require nursing and clinical interventions, including catheter and stoma care, central venous access management, and enteral feeding
May require complex wound care management, including specialist dressings, regular assessment, and monitoring
Requires a low-sensory, therapeutic environment with carefully managed stimuli to minimise distress
May be moving from a hospital or another care setting where the placement is unable to meet their needs
May experience progressive health decline and require continuing care through to end of life
