Picture of our Eastlands care home

Our Eastlands home in Sutton-in-Ashfield is opening a new, fully refurbished unit in early 2021, bringing 20 new jobs to the area in Support Worker, Senior Carer and Nurse roles.

Eastlands is a complex needs care home that supports adults living with a range of complex and high acuity needs. The new male-only ‘Robins’ unit will open in early 2021, and will support up to 10 adults living with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviour.

The layout of the unit promotes small group living, in a welcoming and supportive environment, and does not have the traditional ‘nursing home’ feel. It has communal dining and living space, including a quiet corner, TV lounge, dedicated activities room and sensory garden, which promotes a homely and friendly feel.

Over the next few months, we’re looking for up to 20 Support Workers, Senior Carers and Nurses to join the team on the unit. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who wants to play a vital role in shaping the culture and contributing to the success of the new unit.
