At Exemplar Health Care, we’ve introduced a series of unique benefits packages that are tailored to each role. For our home based colleagues, we introduced our ‘In it to win it’ competition, where you can be in with a chance of winning a share of £7100!

For every shift that care home based colleagues work over the festive period, they receive a raffle ticket which is put into the random prize draw. The prize draw is open to all of our permanent and bank colleagues, and there is guaranteed a winner in each home.

Marta Wilkinson, Health Care Assistant from our Ribble View care home in Preston was amongst our winners in 2021. She shared: “Winning the money was a wonderful unexpected surprise, it made my life a lot easier. Thanks Ribble View, you're the best.”
