Our new Preston home continues to progress ahead of its autumn opening

Our new Preston home is set to open this autumn and we’re pleased to share an update on how the development is progressing.

The roof rafters are almost complete and once in place, this will allow us to move onto fixing the roof coverings. Internally, a first fix electrical and mechanical installation is ongoing on the ground floor – this is where we insert the cables for electrical supply. Plastering is also underway on the ground floor.

All external windows and doors are now in too, edging us closer to protecting the interior of the building from the recent rain we’ve been experiencing. Aligned with this, internal stud walls are being erected and the floor plans are starting to come to life.
