This week, our CEO, John Whitehead, and Head of Learning, Culture and Engagement, Claire Fretwell, celebrated with graduates from our People Management Skills programme.
Lauren Brooke - Core Learning and LMS manager (above), Zara Ashworth – Clinical Nurse Manager at Fairburn Mews (below) and Julie Schofield – Unit Manager at Fairburn Mews (scroll down for photo), joined senior directors from across the company to celebrate their graduation from our People Management Skills programme.
The programme is designed to upskill existing colleagues and support new managers/supervisors, helping them identify and refine their leadership style, develop their emotional intelligence and acquire the skills required to bring out the best in people.
Graduates enjoyed celebrating at The Double Tree, Hilton in Sheffield, where they reflected on their individual learning journeys and how their career as a leader has evolved over the duration of the programme.
Talking about the graduation, John shares: “I’d like to congratulate Lauren, Zara and Julie on completing the People Management Programme.
“They have shown great tenacity and commitment to the programme during such challenging times.
“It was a pleasure to hear from our graduates about their learning journey and how they intend to put their skills into practice as they continue to build their careers with us.”
