Exemplar Health Care announced as finalist at the Health Investor Awards 2022

Exemplar Health Care has been announced as a finalist in the ‘Complex Care Provider of the Year’ category at this year’s Health Investor Awards.
Our work supporting adults living with complex needs has been recognised by the awards, which promote excellence and recognise innovation in the independent health and social care sector.
The award nomination focused on our achievements over the past 12 months.
Despite the challenges of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have continued to develop our extensive learning and development programme to ensure that our colleagues have the right skills and knowledge to support people living high acuity needs.
Our achievements include the certification of our bespoke Exemplar Positive Behaviour Support (EPBS) training by Bild ACT, the certification of four of our in-house training programmes by the CPD Certification Service and the introduction of training about intimacy and sexuality in care homes.
The nomination also focused on the growth of our in-house expertise, including the introduction of a Head of Nursing and Clinical Nurse Specialists for respiratory care, learning disabilities and Huntington’s disease.
