Yes. Exemplar Health Care offers a structured preceptorship programme to help Newly Qualified Nurses transition from student to registered practitioner.

The first six weeks are supernumerary, giving you time to work alongside an experienced Registered Nurse and meet regularly with your preceptor.

You’ll begin with a company welcome induction, where you’ll learn more about Exemplar Health Care and our values.

You’ll then complete a role-specific induction in your care home, including three weeks of supernumerary time. Newly Qualified Nurses receive additional support through our preceptorship programme.
