Alexandra Unit
Is in the mid to advanced stage of a neurological condition such as Huntington’s disease, Parkinson’s, or Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome - or has a primary dementia diagnosis, including early on-set dementia
Has co-occurring mental and physical health needs
Is older working-age (typically 50+)
Displays behaviours of concern
Has communication difficulties and may be nonspeaking
May require care for lower-level clinical interventions such as catheters, cough assist, and PEGs
Has limited mobility, requiring regular repositioning, skin integrity checks, and ongoing monitoring
Requires palliative or end-of-life care, now or in the future
Riverside Unit
Has a primary neurological diagnosis such as brain injury, functional neurological disorder, Huntington’s disease, Parkinson’s, severe epilepsy, or spinal injury
Is younger working-age (20+)
Has co-occurring mental and physical health needs
Displays behaviours of concern
May be nonspeaking and/or require augmentative and alternative communication
May require care for clinical interventions such as catheters, cough assist, and PEGs
May have a history of substance use disorder
Thrives in an active and sociable environment, with regular trips out

St Andrew’s Court is a short drive from the M62 and other major roads including the A63 and Boothferry Road/A1105.
If you're travelling east on the M62, follow the M62 to A63 in the East Riding of Yorkshire and continue on the A63 to your destination in Kingston upon Hull.
St Andrew’s Court is located after the roundabout on Anlaby Road, on Wheeler Street. The home is opposite the Kingston Health Hull Medical Centre.
There are limited parking spaces in the home's car park. Street parking is available in the surrounding area.
