Watermead Unit supports adults with physical disabilities, neuro-disabilities including brain injuries, and those requiring a slow stream rehabilitation.
The home has communal dining and living spaces, sensory bathrooms, an activities hub, a sensory room and a large accessible garden.

Across Exemplar Health Care, our high staffing levels allow us to build trust and work at the pace of the individual, which leads to improved person-centred and longer-term outcomes.
Many of the people we support are deemed to display behaviours that are ‘too complex’ for mainstream nursing and care providers.
For many of our service users, we’re successful in achieving a significant reduction in behaviours of concern and use of observations within 12 weeks of stay.
