At Exemplar Health Care we invest in finding the right staff and work with high staffing levels, to ensure that the people we support have access to quality care from a consistent team.
You’ll be supported by a central Recruitment Team, and the latest psychometric testing and online systems, to help you to find the right people for your team.
As a Home Manager, you’ll be supported by an experienced Senior Management Team.
Our Regional Directors of Operations have a small portfolio of homes each (five-six homes each), meaning that they have quality time to spend within each home.
Managers are also supported by a Clinical Nurse Manager in the home, and centralised functions to support with quality, recruitment and occupancy, ensuring that there’s always someone there who can help!
95% of Exemplar Health Care homes are currently rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ with CQC, so you can have the peace of mind that you’ll be working for a quality driven company who is also forward thinking and flexible to move with market changes and demands.
