Most Managers struggle to find the right staff to work within ratios.

At Exemplar Health Care we invest in finding the right staff and work with high staffing levels, to ensure that the people we support have access to quality care from a consistent team.

You’ll be supported by a central Recruitment Team, and the latest psychometric testing and online systems, to help you to find the right people for your team.

Supportive team

As a Home Manager, you’ll be supported by an experienced Senior Management Team.

Our Regional Directors of Operations have a small portfolio of homes each (five-six homes each), meaning that they have quality time to spend within each home.

Managers are also supported by a Clinical Nurse Manager in the home, and centralised functions to support with quality, recruitment and occupancy, ensuring that there’s always someone there who can help!

95% of Exemplar Health Care homes are currently rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ with CQC, so you can have the peace of mind that you’ll be working for a quality driven company who is also forward thinking and flexible to move with market changes and demands.

We also have a central Clinical Team that keeps up-to-date with the latest guidance, best practice and innovation, and a Quality Team that carries out internal inspections and audits to help you to prepare for inspection.
