Unlike qualifications received solely in a college/university setting, you’ll be surrounded by a team of trained colleagues, who are there to offer guidance on a daily basis. Exemplar Health Care fosters a culture that places value on learning, after all, we all start somewhere.

Our colleagues are on hand to support and share knowledge with each other, which is incredibly valuable when completing an apprenticeship.

All of our apprenticeships are delivered by Lifetime, an award winning training provider. They work with our in house Learning and Development Team to deliver our apprenticeship programmes. 

Earn while you learn

As an apprentice, you’ll have a real job in one of our homes. Your salary will be the same as any new starter in your chosen role. And we’ll pay the fees for your apprenticeship, so your learning is debt-free.
