As a Nurse in one of our care homes, you’ll work with like-minded colleagues, as part of a multi-disciplinary team, to provide the highest standards of nursing care for our residents who are living with complex needs. 

Our Nursing/Health Care Assistant ratio is amongst some of the best in the UK, with our average ratio being six Health Care Assistants to every Nurse. 

You’ll work in a close team and build good working relationships with the people you support – so you’ll be able to see the difference you make each and every day.

Our homes have a range of roles available including Registered Nurses (RMN, RGN and RNLD), Senior Nurses (Unit Managers), Clinical Nurse Managers and Registered Home Managers.

In this role, you'll work in a small team and build good working relationships with the people you support. Our approach to nursing focuses on maximising independence, building everyday living skills and empowering people to live as fulfilled lives as possible, which means that you’ll be delivering truly person-centred and holistic care in a community-based home.

You could work with a range of people who have complex needs, including people who are living with a neuro-disability, physical disability, mental ill-health, learning disability and/or autism, brain or spinal injury, stroke or complex dementia.

Your career development

If your application is successful, you’ll complete a five day company induction, before doing a hands-on induction in your workplace and buddying up with another colleague whilst you learn the ropes. If you’re a newly qualified nurse, we offer a 12 week preceptorship when you start working with us.
