In this role, you'll work in a small team and build good working relationships with the people you support. Our approach to nursing focuses on maximising independence, building everyday living skills and empowering people to live as fulfilled lives as possible, which means that you’ll be delivering truly person-centred and holistic care in a community-based home.
You could work with a range of people who have complex needs, including people who are living with a neuro-disability, physical disability, mental ill-health, learning disability and/or autism, brain or spinal injury, stroke or complex dementia.
If your application is successful, you’ll complete a five day company induction, before doing a hands-on induction in your workplace and buddying up with another colleague whilst you learn the ropes. If you’re a newly qualified nurse, we offer a 12 week preceptorship when you start working with us.
