Our nursing roles offer an exciting opportunity to work for a forward-thinking and growing provider, who’ll help you to be the best Nurse you can be!
We’ll support you to develop your specialist skills and offer lots of career development, so you can enjoy a long and rewarding nursing career with us.
Our approach to nursing care focuses on maximising independence, building everyday living skills and empowering people to live their best lives.
As a Nurse with us, you’ll be empowered to deliver truly person-centred and holistic care in a community-based care home.
You’ll usually work on one unit with up to ten service users. Our Nurse/Health Care Assistant ratio is amongst some of the best in the UK, with an average ratio of six Health Care Assistants to every Nurse. This gives you more time to spend with the people you support.

Preceptorship for newly qualified Nurses
We know that the first few months following registration can be the most exciting but challenging time of a Nurse’s career. That’s why we offer a bespoke period of preceptorship for newly qualified Nurses.
The programme introduces the values, goals and objectives of the organisation to help you feel like part of the team as quickly as possible.
It also imparts essential safety and risk management information, provides core mandatory training and gives you the practical information you need to begin your new role.
