This is an exciting opportunity to join us as our new IT Support Technician at Exemplar Health Care.

About the role

Exemplar Health Care are looking to recruit an experienced and self-motivated 2nd line I.T Support Technician with excellent communications skills to join our IT Service Desk team. This is a full time position mainly based from our Support Centre In order to apply for the position you must have had a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a 2nd line support roll. You will be required to take ownership of problems and incidents to perform a technical diagnosis striving to achieve first fix resolution either remotely or on-site. This role requires occasional travel to multiple offices on an ad-hoc basis and will form part of an out of hour’s on-call rota.

  • ITIL Foundation Qualification is desirable

  • iOS / iPad exposure

  • SolarWinds Web Help Desk

  • Veeam (Backups)

  • Sophos

  • Barracuda Cloud email security

  • SQL

  • MDM experience

  • Mac OS
