About the role
The Clinical eMAR Systems Trainer will be responsible for supporting nursing colleagues, of varying digital literacy levels, in building confidence and competence in using digital medication platforms
The main part of your role will be to deliver six-hour super user training programmes for all Clinical Nurse Managers, via regional cohorts and additional ‘mop up’ sessions, to equip them with in-depth system knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Your responsibilities will also include:
observing Clinical Nurse Managers deliver a four-hour eMAR training session to their respective nursing teams, providing support, coaching, and feedback to ensure high-quality delivery
supporting the Head of Nursing in developing training materials, including guides, presentations, and eLearning resources, tailored to our workflows and CQC compliance requirements
monitoring system usage and collating user feedback to identify ongoing training needs.

About you

You’ll be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and have previous experience delivering training on eMAR systems.

adapts your approach to suit different audiences, whether you're supporting clinicians, pharmacy staff, or administrative teams
keeps a close eye on how systems are being used and listens to user feedback to ensure training continues to meet real-world needs
stays informed and proactive, keeping training materials current in line with system updates and improvements.
